Yin Yoga

R170In Yin Yoga the muscles are relaxed and it targets connective tissue (fascia, ligaments, and tendons). Yin Yoga is no exercise, but movements are slow and static, and you focus on holding postures for a long time.
Yin teaches you how to approach life and difficult situations. Yin Yoga encourages you to take time for yourself, relax, accept yourself, find to yourself, release blocked emotions, be mindful, and allow your body to heal.
Yin Yoga is soothing, calming, and nourishing and you become more flexible in the joints, but you also become mentally calmer. Flexibility gives us a feeling of ease and lightness in the body.
The classes are suitable for all levels.
