In this 1.5-hour immersive experience, Vanessa will be gently guiding you into a state of relaxation where the mind softens, the body unwinds, and the nervous system can truly settle.
We begin with a calming guided meditation, allowing you to slowly let go of tension, thoughts, and the constant doing. As your awareness turns inward, you’ll be invited to drift into a dreamlike state, that space between waking and sleeping where deep healing can occur.
From here, you will be held in a soothing sound bath. The gentle vibrations of instruments wash over you, moving through the body like waves, helping to release stored stress, quiet the mind, and restore a sense of inner balance.
There is nothing you need to do.
Simply lie down, receive, and allow yourself to be carried.
We close the session softly, giving you time to return at your own pace, followed by a fragrant herbal tea to ground, integrate, and gently reconnect.

– Bring a yoga mat or comfortable mattress to lie on, a warm blanket, pillow, eye mask or eye pillow, and water to hydrate.
