Join me for a peaceful Full Moon Sound Healing Journey.
Experience deep relaxation as you connect with the moon’s natural energy of surrender and letting go. We will begin with a grounding meditation attuned to the New Moon’s energy to help you unwind and set your intentions. Then, let the soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you, creating a calming atmosphere for rest and renewal.
After the sound bath, we will enjoy a cup of warming herbal tea, to support your integration process while offering a gentle transition back to everyday awareness.
