Most people think that they have to do something first or have something first before they can BE someone. However, in this exercise, it is the other way around. You need to BE someone first to then have or do it. It means that you need to envision your future life and future self first (now) to then become it.

Everyone seems to be talking about meditation these days, that it is good for you to calm your mind, etc. Have you been thinking about wanting to try it but just don’t know how? Maybe you also have doubts and think “I cannot stop my mind from thinking so I cannot meditate” or claim you don’t have time in your day to meditate. Does this sound familiar?
Many times, when I met people, my first impression of them based on their expression of themselves to the outside world did not match what was going on inside of them. Everyone has their story of feeling “broken” in some way. Some might have depression, anxiety or are highly sensitive – and they might think something is wrong with them that they have to fix.
No matter what you hear or read, don’t conclude anything your mind tells you about what you heard or read. Go into your heart! Only because things have been said, done or written does not mean they are right nor make sense.
