Join me for a peaceful New Moon Sound Bath meditation.
Experience deep relaxation as you connect with the moon’s natural energy of new beginnings and fresh starts. We will begin with a grounding meditation attuned to the New Moon’s energy of new beginnings to help you unwind and set your intentions. Then, let the soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you, creating a calming atmosphere for rest and renewal.
After the sound bath, we will enjoy a cup of warming herbal tea, to support your integration process while offering a gentle transition back to everyday awareness.
