Private Group Sound Healing Journey (90min):
Experience the healing power of sound in the comfort of your home, airbnb, or at a yoga studio for an additional fee. Group Sound Healing sessions are also popular for special events such as bachelorette parties, kitchen teas, baby showers, and corporate gatherings. The session includes grounding, gentle movement, pranayama breathing, sound healing and a fragrant tea.

Private Sound Healing | One-on-One (75-90min):
These sessions are either done in the comfort of your home or alternatively at my house in Capri. In a private sound healing session the individual needs or issues of the client can be addressed.
Beneficial for: Recovery after illness/injury/surgery, anxiety and stress reduction, chakra balancing, immune system stimulation, sleep difficulties, tension headaches, muscle tension, mental fatigue, rest & relaxation, overthinking reduction, mental clarity, creative flow
Price: R1200 pp
Couples Sound Healing (75-90min):
These sessions are either done in the comfort of your home or alternatively at my house in Capri. Private Sound Healing for couples is for deep relaxation, chakra balancing, and harmonizing the body and mind.
Price: R900 pp
Postpartum Sound Healing | Private Mom & Baby (45-60min):
These sessions are done in the comfort of your home and very individualised depending on your baby’s feeding and napping schedule.
Benefits:
- Improves sleep quality for mother & baby
- Helps with milk production through relaxation
- Balances hormones through stress reduction
- Creates bonding time with baby
- Soothes colicky babies
- Reduces postpartum anxiety and depression

Postpartum Sound Healing | Private Group Sessions (45-60min):
These sessions are done in the comfort of your home and very individualised depending on your baby’s feeding and napping schedule for groups up to 4 moms and babies.
Price: R500 per mom and baby

REIKI ENERGY HEALING
Reiki treatments are usually done in the comfort of your home or alternatively in a Yoga studio at an extra price.
Private Reiki treatments (75min): R950
- A single session will be for energy boosting and balancing your chakras and adjusting the body back to normal
- For more serious ailments or chronic illnesses, a min. of 3-4 sessions will be necessary, depending on the specific ailment.
