When last did you have a morning just for you?<\/p>\n
We begin in a welcome circle to arrive and meet each other, followed by gentle movement and calming breathing to help you settle. Then you lie down comfortably on a mat, blanket and pillow included, while the soothing sounds of singing bowls help you fully relax and switch off. Afterwards we gather around the table with tea and treats for some intuitive art: whatever comes up, whatever feels good. No art skills needed, no right or wrong.<\/p>\n
Come alone and meet lovely like-minded people, or bring a friend and make a morning of it.<\/p>\n
