The sound-healing journey starts with a breathing practice and gentle movements to prepare your body for transformation. We will begin by setting our intentions together, creating space for whatever needs to emerge.<\/p>\n
As you settle in, you will be gently guided into a state of relaxation through the harmonious sounds of the gong, Himalayan singing bowls, shamanic drum and chimes. Let the vibrations transport you to a place where time fades away, allowing you to experience profound peace and stillness within.
\nFollowing our journey, we will integrate the experience with a soothing herbal tea ceremony while drawing oracle cards for guidance and reflection.<\/p>\n
