The evening begins with gentle breathwork and simple movement to help you unwind and become more present.<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll then get comfortable and be guided into deep relaxation as Vanessa plays the gong, Himalayan singing bowls and chimes. The layered sounds and vibrations create a calm, immersive experience that gives you space to switch off from the outside world and simply rest.<\/p>\n
